Charmander>Totodile>Squirtle>Cyndiquil>Piplup>Torchic (stats, not aesthetics)>Infernape (1st form's name?)> Mudkip>Treecko>Bulbasaur>gen4's turtle thing>chickorita
I haven't passed judgement on 5, other than to say that the pig looks idiotic, Samurott is great for the reference possibilities, okay overall, and Serperior seems meh, until I saw its Dream World ability, which is godly.

I love Flygon's design, but unfortunately he's outclassed by Garchomp and Salamence.
