Neither have I...because I haven't seen one before. I like that their tag doesn't mean very important person though. I looked at his profile.

I've seen a few but you're unlikely to see them posting normally, they're only allowed to use their VIP accounts for posting info like that. They can't just run around the boards with their special badge of honour, they have alt accounts for ordinary posting.
Re: This is so worth the read.
I've seen a few before. On some of the boards for indie games you often get an account advertising it and discussing the game with fans.

I actually used to run an oldschool merfolk deck with two Lords of Atlantis...I miss that deck sometimes, it rarely lost.

It rarely lost cause Fish are awesome.
Damn expensive though if you try to build it. I think I could do it via Modern though since that doesn't require Force of Will.

Actually a family friend had a bunch of old cards that he pretty much let me go through and decide what I wanted and it was practically free. The thing is is that like most small children I had an unhealthy like for Pokemon when I was in elementary school, so I had a good number of cards and other related items, and since he had a kid who was starting to like Pokemon he offered to trade me his old cards for some of the Pokemon stuff I had sitting in the attic collecting dust. First thing I did was build a merfolk deck...I think I still have most of the cards too, they're in rough shape though. Stupid rainstorms...

From the rainstorm, kind of, but not really. The first thing I did was try to make sure all of my merfolk deck was alright. I had some other stuff get damaged but only a few that were any kind of important. It was actually my dad's fault. I had my cards in my backpack and was going somewhere else after school to spend the night, so he stopped by the school to pick up my school stuff from me. Little did I know he put it all in the bed of his truck...and forgot it was there...and then we had a huge rainstorm that night...I was displeased the next day when I got home, to say the least.

Re: This is so worth the read.
If they've been in that binder and therefore are in mint condition, and any of them are First Editions, they'd be worth some money. Maybe you should check.Mr. Zachary wrote:I...have this GIGANTIC binder in my closet.....filled with Pokemon cards >.> Never played with them, just collected them lol.

I would be too.
And this has derailed sufficiently that we should stop now before I start dealing with off-topic posts.
